Delivery Timeline
While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days.
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 working days
- Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days
Defective or damaged goods
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- After you receive the order, let us know within 48 hours.
- Share clear photos or a video showing the issue
- Email us at info@kiransarees.com with your order details
Exchange Eligibility
You can requests for color changes, size-related problems, or the delivery of a defective or erroneous goods will be eligible for exchanges. You may return the item under the aforementioned circumstances in the same condition that you received it (unworn, with original packaging intact).
Exchange Options
You may exchange the product for the same item in a different size or color. Alternatively, you can exchange it for another product, provided that the new product is of the same price or higher.
If your exchange is for a higher-priced item, a secure payment link will be sent.
Exchange Process
- Reach out to us on info@kiransarees.com within 10 days of receipt of the order.
- The reason for the exchange, the product information you wish to swap, the order number, and the desired size or color must all be included in your email for your exchange request to be approved. If the product is defective or inaccurate, kindly also include a picture of it.
- We will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email.
- Once authorized, the merchandise will be picked up by Kiran Saree’s return and exchange team.
- On receipt, our team will inspect the product for usage or damage.
- Once approved, we will dispatch your new saree within 2–3 working days.
Exchange Timeline
The exchange request needs to be started within ten days of your order being delivered. The product must be in its original, unused state with all of the packaging still in place. We value your cooperation and are available to answer any questions you may have.
One-Time Free Exchange
Please note you’re eligible for one free exchange per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping or handling charges.
No Exchange In the Following Cases:
- Change of heart, personal preferences for style, or problems with fit that are not caused by flaws.
- Products returned in a damaged or used condition.
Shipping Policy
We work hard to make sure that our clients receive their purchases in the best possible condition on or before the scheduled date since we appreciate their time and money. Returns are not accepted currently. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and value your patience. Order Cancellations
- Orders with custom fall, edging, or tailoring cannot be canceled.
- Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation
